Entrepreneur Dave Ross owns and operates the Ranchman's Cafe also known as Ranchmans Steakhouse, as well as the "Old Lumberyard" antiques and gifts store and a soap business in Ponder. His steakhouse has been featured in several magazines, including Gourmet, Southern Living, Texas Monthly and two shows on the Food Network: "FoodNation with Chef Bobby Flay" and "The Best of" with Mark Silverstein". There's always room for dessert! Evelyn Stack, featured with her pies in the photo, more commonly known as Granny, made her homemade pies and cobblers at Ranchman's from 1970 to 2003. She taught us how and she says they are just as good as hers.

We offer the following pies: coconut and chocolate meringue, pecan, apple and buttermilk pie. Our cobblers include: peach, cherry and blackberry cobbler. Check out our pies along with our Texas-sized steak burgers and famous aged steaks.
